• Confirmation: An order is only considered accepted once payment has been processed or we have issued a written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

• Refund Policy: In accordance with Section 42(2) of the ECTA, the standard 7-day cooling-off period for online transactions does not apply to the supply of foodstuffs or beverages.

• Defects: Refunds or replacements are generally not provided unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please notify us within 2 hours of collection or delivery if there is a discrepancy with your order.
